went online last week and googled houses+sale+or+rent+to+own+cainta and came up with 86,200 results, more than half of which are crap and should not be bothered with. >.<
have narrowed my list (dexter chuckles. apparently, i make too many lists.) to six, further divided into two 'dream-on'-s, one 'if we have no choice', and three 'likely'-s. ^^
yay.
one is a promising rent-to-own place in Valley Golf.
will drop by, nod approvingly, and pray its within our budget.
mommy has, surprisingly, said that she can take out a loan to help me and dex get settled.
my mom! lol.
seems like she decided that there's nothing they can do about it. only thing she said to me was:
"make sure the deeds are in your name."
lol. mommy.
dexter agreed to it anyway.
here's to (hopefully) having a home by the end of the year!

while the house-searching is going well, the wedding plans are having me chewing on my nails with worry.
hm. have eight on my list. four 'hopefully'-s--ah hell. no sub-categories yet.
sigh. mlina, will sometime drop by and go through them.
wedding is tentatively set for November 21 of 2010 (or 2011). was supposed to be december 21, but prices skyrocket decemberish and stuff. want a -ber wedding. meep.
MUST have a house before we get married.

oh, oh--hit eleven months yesterday ^^ vv happy. (dexter says, has it ONLY been eleven months?) and, in (part of) his wonderfully non-mushy text: its been a blast!
it HAS been a blast.
he gave me a blue stuffed penguin i promply christened "Pumpkin".
will post pics asap ^^
