Listening to the requests on coast radio station, I heard someone just now call in and request Eric Clapton's "change the world". Now although that is one of my most memorable songs from driving back from school with my family, what struck me was that the person who was requesting it, Ricky, was dedicating it to a Darlene, and he asked her "to dance" before the song was played. I never hear my name on the radio so that was really sweet and wierd. I dunno. Lately I've been feeling..just good...confused, but still just..good. It's a feeling I've missed. :)
Now they're playing kc and jojo..haha..all these songs that just hold so many memories for me. The power of music, I tell ya..I've been feeling sooo freakin nostalgic about everything lately. I think I realize now that eventually all I'm gonna have left is the memories, even though home will always be where my heart stays and where those memories will be eternal, though eventually I will have to journey on. God-i sound so cheesy right now. :) sorry
