Also, the latest casting news for Heroes fills me with GREAT GLEE! (If you consider casting information spoilerific, don't mouseover the URL because it gives it away; conversely, if you don't want to know the nature of an upcoming bit of story arc which is in the linked article, but want to know the casting, mouseover but don't click.)
Speaking of casting information, the latest casting news from SGA leaves me feeling oddly neutral. Again, the URL basically contains the spoiler. This has been rumored for quite some time, although the story itself suggests that, um, the storyline won't be as dire as what has been rumored.
