I'm really glad you enjoyed it so much! I actually added that entire last part the day before yesterday. I'll be working more on chapter nine this evening. It's tricky because... yes there's a ton of emotions there but they're in the middle of a Company facility and nowhere near safe. So, there'll be some of what you're looking for in chapter nine, but I think MOST of what you're wanting to see will be in chapter ten.

I like writing sex scenes and I find them super challenging to do well (which is a good thing). But I seriously doubt there will be one in this story. A one-shot that compliments the series is a lot more likely. I just don't see a way to fit it in this particular story in a way that doesn't feel like I just threw a sex scene in.

Sara and Michael *definitely* have some challenges ahead of them. Some predictable, some not. If rescuing Michael is a "season five" story, then the next story in the series would be my "season six." There are a few more big things in store for them.

I like the whole story whether you will include there a love scene or not.

LOL! I had intended for there to be a sex scene when I originally thought out the story (you'll immediately realize where it would have gone) but... something is going to happen to make that veer off course a bit. So, no sex in this story, but there will still be a hot scene with lots of tension. I'm trying to channel season one Michael/Sara as much as humanly possible given the developments in their relationship (and lives). Does that help? I promise it will be more than Victorian Hand Porn.

I'm about 2.7k into the next chapter (halfway, maybe?) and I hope to finish it up by the end of the weekend. Maybe. Hopefully. Then I *think* I can start the scene I really want to write...
