Bullshit court rulings

If you're in California and you see someone on the side of the road who needs help, beware of stopping to help. In the past, the Good Samaritan law protected people who stopped to help, for instance, victims of a car wreck. Now though, the California supreme court has ruled that good samaritans can be sued for helping. Quite frankly, that is the stupidest thing they could have ruled. Not many people will stop to help if they can be sued for trying to do the right thing. Who's going to want to help a stranger when the result could be having to go into bankruptcy?
