I read a pair of fics (on fanfiction.net I think) in which Rose and Ten meet Ace, and then Rose ends up being part of the Key to Time. Ring any bells?

I do this thing where I read a ton of fic and then bookmark none of it because I don't know I'm crazy. And then later I'm like 'man, I have a hankering for that fic' and cannot find it. XP

Yay thank you! It's been bugging me for a while and now I have time to read it again. :D

I went and took a look--and I'm not sure it's the same story. I think there were two that I read, and Ten and Rose encountered Ace (who had already met them). It was pre-Doomsday and there were no other Doctors involved, just Ten. But I've bookmarked this one because it looks really interesting! :D

I know what you're talking about! It's definitely the same story callistawolf is talking about--Ten and Rose get separated, there's a prison break engineered by Ace and Rose, etc, etc...and I think there was something about Rose/the Bad Wolf being a piece of the Key to Time and some bad folks looking for her? In France, so Ace was calling herself Dorothee? I'm not sure the story/series was actually done when I read it. Unfortunately, there my knowledge ends. I remember that I found it on Teaspoon, not FF.net, but I have no idea what the title was or who wrote it. :( Sorry. I would love to read it again, though, if you're able to find it.
