ood So the iPhone's now out in England! I've never really considered myself much of a tech-nerd, but it's kind of hard for me to avoid all the reviews of it all over the Internet, so I can't help being converted... I'll admit it: I want one. They just look so cool! And they're really pretty... And I know Apple is evil and are killing the planet by producing iPods and stuff but... I can't help it.
Also, I'm finding very amusing how talk shows in America have all been put on hold because the gag-writers have gone on strike and Jay Leno and David Letterman aren't capable of writing their own jokes. It's funny in a pathetic sort of way.
Oh, and the crappest thing ever: Accio 2008 is happening in Oxford next year and I can't go because I'm at Jesus Camp! They never ever have Potter cons in the UK and the one time they do I can't go! Not that I don't want to go to Kepplewray camp - I do, and it's amazing and I'm really looking forward to it, but... AAAH I want to go to Accio...
But to satisfy my inner (and outer) fangirl, I've just preordered the OotP DVD off Amazon, so I can hold off the Post-Potter depression for a little longer.
