Mwa ha ha, I'm back! (Oh no, I hear you cry!) Corfe was pretty cool, there was lots of hiking. Which wasn't actually so bad, since, for once I wasn't lagging behind my dad, begging for the love of God to stop - I walked pretty fast and avoided talking to most people we were staying with. We were (just so you know) staying with another family of vicars - Charles, Alison and their daughters: Sarah and Charlotte. Sarah's in year eleven and is doing an art GCSE and Charlotte is only a few months older than me, but harder to talk to. Mostly we just watched TV. I beat them at Monopoly and then we watched The Lost Prince which is this really sad story (that might be true but I'm not sure) about this Edwardian prince who was epileptic and had a brain disorder so he had to be sent away to the country because he had fits quite frequently. And he had a brother who was heir to the throne and looked suspiciously like a boy a knew in primary school... Anyway, it was really sad but really good.

When we all went hiking we got to this huge patch of mud and I don't normally mind mud, but this stuff was sloppy and about three feet deep and probably wasn't actually mud. So, yeah, that was fun.

And we stayed there over the New Year but didn't do anything special, just stayed up and watched what was going on in London which seemed a little pointless to me since my parents, brother and I had just driven for four hours to get away from London. But yeah, I guess it made them happy. Speaking of the New Year...

In the year 2006 I resolve to:

Teach my dog to fly.

Get your resolution here

And I resolve also:

1. Actually revise for tests.
2. Complete a NaNoWriMo!
3. Learn to play the electric guitar.
4. Actually buy an electric guitar.
5. Also buy a digital camera.

corfe, holiday, new year
