This weekend has been though. Worked late on Friday and it was unbearable to be in the store. Too warm, and even the costumers complained.
Worked all 8 hours yesterday and none of us had the spirit to do a good days work, as it was hot, sunny and hardly any costumers. The store didn't look all that bad either, since there'd been few kids playing with the bikes and cars. If the boss gets cranky tomorrow, I don't know what I'll do. We did our best none the less. She always find something to complain about anyway. Haven't heard her say "that's good" to anyone for the past 2 months. Well, unless you count the junior bosses.
Was having dinner with a few of the "originals" from work (the ones that had been there when we started) one of them I haven't seen since she quit last year and is now a mother to a 3 month old! Time does fly. Talked for hours. Too bad that we were so few, but we'll do this another time and try to find a date that as many as possible is able to show.
Came home around midnight. Dead tired. Went to bed around 1AM.
Woke up today right before 10, as I got an sms from Camilla, thanking me for remembering her birthday.
Read my flist and had to get breakfast. Hungry. While watching tv I got a call from mom, asking me if I wanted to come with her, my aunt and her sister-in-law in the boat. Didn't want to, as I was so tired and started to cry about nothing, but eventually I did. Fell asleep in the boat, but am still tired. Came home around 8PM.
Have to go to bed soon. Up early in the mornin'. Short week at work, but there'll be loads to do as the regional boss comes to visit on Thursday. So I'll bet the boss'll try to make us work longer on Wednesday. NOT HAPPENING! If the store looks like shit, it looks like shit. In my opinion we're misleading the regional boss, when we run to make the store look "shiny" everytime he shows up. So what if there's toys missing in the shelves? We have costumers who buys them! Makes me so angry at times..
