Yeah, pretty much.

You can make friends groups like I did, one for journals you always want to read and another for a grab bag of stuff you like looking at but don't need to keep updated on all the time.

I have lots of friends groups. I just don't normally use them to filter unless I have a lot of catching up to do, as I like to say current on everything.
