Have I mentioned that we're short two operators at the answering service, and that a third has asked for damn near the whole month of April off? To try to fill in the gaps, Michelle has had us working 12-hour shifts the last three weeks or so. 12-hour shifts are a killer.
And add to those killer shifts the fact that I've also had to find time to watch my grandmother while my mom is at work.
I'm tired.
That's why I don't have the patience or the engergy to re-type the entire rant about my domains that just got eaten.
Suffice it to say that since only the gods know when I'll be able to access maimed-faith again and the background pic I was using for my journal was saved on that domain, and since I was tired of my background pic being AWOL, I tried to recreate it and upload it to the one domain that still works.
And it's not right. It's too blue.
And I'm pretty sure the font isn't the same.
But it'll do for now, till the morons at DomainBank can straighten up their act so I can access the domains that I paid for.
I'll just leave you with this thought: If you're thinking of getting your own domain, for your own sanity, be sure you register it under an email address that you're planning to keep forever.
