I feel worse than Wednesday night now. I failed to sleep regularly both nights. I hope I start feeling better soon. I must be doing slightly better now, because I'm sitting in my chair and not coughing. But I still feel pretty bad, so I'm not better enough. But I still managed to have a fairly nice Christmas despite everything, which is good

Three out of four isn't bad. 石家和男 is the kanji I use. But it's funny, because the one you used has pretty much the same meaning. Except it's a bit more grandiose.
