So I think that the Bellevue, WA store did not have all their promos correct (seemed to be a lot of confusion). They said that only bath bombs and bubble bars made before December were on sale (thus excluding all of them) and that it was only holiday bath bombs and bubble bars that were buy 1 get 2 free. Any information on this? From what I've read here all soaps, bath bombs and bubble bars should be buy 1 get 2 free.
