[ headcanon ]
I've compiled a small list of useless/useful information for Dave that I feel fits. Kinda helps flesh out some of his tags in situations that have no relevance to his canon DESTINY.
I'm always thinking up things for this guy, so this list will forever be a work in progress. Feel free to use this if you want to for your own Dave muse! But why the hell would you want to?

oo1. Dave has a discomfort and irritation towards physical contact
♞ Though his Bro was not really the most physical or loving of custodians, the few times he has been have either been awkward/ironically appreciated.
♞ In the event someone does touch him, he tends to freeze up or give that good ol' awkward pat to the shoulder.
♞ Only appropriate, not awkward physical contact is a fist bunp or a bro shake of any kind.
♞ Dave was raised in his and Bro's apartment, and he hadn't been able to leave quite often. As assumed with all the other kids, Dave was literally "Home stuck" and hadn't been given the opportunity to stray far from his apartment.
♞ Seems that the destruction of the Earth does not sway Dave much, considering his only friends were really the ones online. This serves as an addition to his assumed discomfort towards physical contact. Having never had much beyond the rare affections from his brother, it's safe to say that contact with any other person might serve to be a little awkward for him.
oo2. Dave is a slight germiphobe
♞ Dig through his backpack, you might just find a small container of hand sanitizer.
♞ Revisiting the discomfort towards physical confrontation, this is an addition to that. The possibility of disease being spread onto him, saliva, dirt, muck of any kind just freaks him out.
♞ However, given his forgetfulness, Dave usually forgets to mention that he hates germs. Either that, or it's just not cool to bring it up. He's a coolkid, he can take it.
♞ only not
oo3. Dave tends to carry at least one extra outfit on his person.
♞ Dave isn't exactly a "trendsetter", but he sure as hell tries to be. You know, without being loud about it, because that would be uncool.
♞ He always sets his clothes out neatly the night before, and he's got a very specific color palette that he follows given the days of the week, the weather, his mood, etc... Everything matches or compliments the other color, always.
♞ Both outfits with him are two completely different color palettes, but always end up being complimentary colors to each other.
♞ EX: if outfit A has an orange element, outfit B has a blue element. It's not really outrageous, but he seems to do this unconsciously.
oo4. Water may quite necessarily be the second enemy.
♞ Dead Daves put aside, water isn't one of Dave's favorite elements. He's pretty uncomfortable being wet/damp and prefers to be dry and warm. His showers are almost always less than ten minutes, and he immediately goes for drying his hair and everything else.
♞ He also dislikes swimming and will pretty much avoid it at all costs. This doesn't mean that he can't swim, but don't expect him to be the faster dog-paddler in the world. Most opportunities to swim end up with him sitting on a beach chair, fully clothed and arms crossed.
oo5. Dave hates the cold.
♞ Given where he was raised, Dave isn't generally adjusted to very cold temperatures, despite certain winters in Texas being vaguely cold.
♞ 40 degrees farenheit would be considered pretty damn cold
♞ Regardless of the fact that his showers are fast, he prefers taking extremely hot ones.
♞ Dave's planet has nothing other than heat itself, so it's a given that he would be completely used to high temperatures and dry heats.
oo6. He absolutely loves junk-food.
♞ A typical, 'round the table gathering for a family meal was never a thing in the Strider household. For the most part, Dave had to fend for himself. Either Bro hadn't cooked much, or was never home. The extent of Dave's cooking knowledge goes as far as the delicate process of sticking a frozen block of food in the mircrowave and punching in a cook time. Needless to say, this has lead to bad eating habits.
♞ Vegetables are the enemy. Well... So are dead Daves, but that's beside the point. Dave has been long since used to his life of eating canned ravioli, t.v. dinners, and instant ramen. At least he loves the stuff.
♞ Dave's favorite beverage is apple juice, easy to see. As healthy as that might sound, the amount of sugar in it is proporsterous.
♞ His favorite dinner is macaroni and cheese. Pizza definitely falls in that catagory too. Anything with cheese goes on his list of approved foods.
