Summary: Kyuhyun sees a stranger person walking in the rain. His clothes are ripped, his hair is a mess, he has no umbrella or jacket, and looks totally lost. Kyuhyun takes him in and promises to look after him.
Kyuhyun was wrong.
He was very, very, very wrong.
He thought Sungmin would be thinking that a shopping spree would be too girly.
Sungmin was girly himself!
At first Sungmin was nervous because he had never gone shopping like this before.
Once Kyuhyun assured him that Sungmin could buy whatever he wanted, Sungmin started shopping like crazy.
Kyuhyun was kidding when he said that if Sungmin wanted a giant bunny worth 110,000,000 won (above $100,000) that he could get it.
Sungmin seriously wanted a giant pink stuffed bunny (it wasn't 110,000,000 won).
Still, Kyuhyun kept his promise and bought Sungmin the bunny.
They spent the rest of the day buying Sungmin clothes, lots of them being pink, new shoes, stuffed animals, a cell phone, an ipod, earphones, cases, etc. and new music and games for Kyuhyun.
By the end of the afternoon, they had gone to every store at the mall, and that was saying something. This mall was HUGE!
They took all of their bags from the stores to the car and put it in the trunk and back seat.
Sungmin put the bunny on top of everything and many bags disappeared under it.
Kyuhyun was surprised that everything fit, considering how much they had bought.
Kyuhyun drove them to a boba place and bought them both boba.
"That was fun!" Sungmin giggled as he drank his boba.
"Glad you enjoyed it," Kyuhyun said smiling.
After they finished, they went home and unloaded the car.
When they finally got everything out and in the living room they sat on the couch exhausted.
"Whew, how many things did you get?" Kyuhyun panted.
"I dunno, you said I could get whatever I wanted!" Sungmin pouted.
"Which room am I going to stay in?" Sungmin asked.
Kyuhyun did a facepalm.
He totally forgot about that.
"Ummmm.... You could use the guest room?" Kyuhyun said.
Sungmin nodded slowly.
"Oh I haven't given you a tour of the house yet!" Kyuhyun exclaimed.
Sungmin shook his head.
"It's okay," he said smiling.
"Okay well, you obviously know where the kitchen and living room is," Kyuhyun started.
Kyuhyun showed Sungmin the rest of the house.
His bedroom, his parents' bedroom, two guest bedrooms, his sister's bedroom, the four other bathrooms, game room, music room, the lounge area (specially used for whenever Kyuhyun had a party), the "sleeping room" that was used whenever there was a sleepover, backyard, tennis courts, basketball courts, pool, etc.
Sungmin was still amazed how big the house was.
"So which room do you want to stay in?" Kyuhyun asked.
"Uh this one is fine," Sungmin said pointing at the smaller of the two guest rooms. (That wasn't saying much considering, that both rooms were pretty big.)
"Are you sure?" Kyuhyun said looking at the pink walls.
Sungmin nodded.
"I like pink remember?" Sungmin giggled.
"Oh yeah..."

After they had gotten Sungmin's room straightened out, Kyuhyun ordered Chinese food.
Soon they heard the doorbell ring.
"I got it," Kyuhyun said, walking out of Sungmin's room.
"HANGENG!" Kyuhyun exclaimed.
Sungmin jumped and hit his head on the wall.
Rubbing his head, he walked out of his room to the door.
He saw Kyuhyun talking to a Chinese guy who looked like he was in college.
Kyuhyun saw Sungmin and introduced him to Hangeng.
"Sungmin, this is Hangeng. He goes to my high school. Hangeng, this is Sungmin, a friend of mine."
Hangeng bowed and smiled.
"Pleased to meet you."
"Nice to meet you too," Sungmin replied, bowing slightly.
"You guys don't have to be all formal," Kyuhyun scoffed.
"We're all friends here."
Sungmin giggled and Hangeng beamed.
"Well I got to go. Oh! Here's your food," Hangeng said.
Kyuhyun thanked him, took out his wallet, took out a few bills, and handed it to Hangeng.
"Keep the change," Kyuhyun said, winking, as he took the food.
Hangeng nodded and said goodbye.
Kyuhyun and Sungmin took the food back to the kitchen and set the table.
"Mmmm smells good!" Sungmin said.
"Haha yeah, Hangeng's a great cook. Too bad he only works on weekends," Kyuhyun replied.
"So it's a part-time job?" Sungmin asked.
Kyuhyun nodded.
"He wants to earn some extra money to help take care of his family in China."
"Oh. You said he goes to the same high school as you right?"
"Yeah, we go to Seoul's Academy of the Arts high school."
"Oh is it like a fancy school? Sounds like it."
Kyuhyun nodded.
"It's one of the biggest schools in Korea and it's hard to get into. It's a really nice school though."
"Hmmm... Why is it hard to get in?"
"Well.."Kyuhyun gulped down another bite of food.
"You have to apply and then it's kind of like taking a test. Depending on what your special skill is, you have to show some of the adminstrators. I got in because of my voice, so I had to sing some songs for them. It helps if you have more than one skill, but you don't need to. If they think you're good, they'll let you in."
Sungmin nodded, trying to take in all of this information.
"It costs a lot of money doesn't it?"
Kyuhyun nodded again.
"Did you want some fried rice?"
Sungmin put some more fried rice on his plate.
"This is the best fried rice I've ever tasted!" Sungmin exclaimed happily.
"Haha yeah it's one of Hangeng's specialties. He calls it Beijing fried rice."
Sungmin giggled and continued eating.
"Anyways, it does cost a lot, but if you have trouble paying and they like you, they will help pay for you."
"Really?" Sungmin looked up surprised.
"Yeah, some of the rich kids's parents there really like the school and give donations. My family among them...."
Sungmin nodded and ate some more Beijing fried rice.
"So what school do you go to?" Kyuhyun asked.
"I go to a public school," Sungmin replied.
"It's not the greatest, but at least I learn everything I'm supposed to."
Kyuhyun nodded.
"Hey do you want to come to my high school?"
Sungmin almost choked on a grain of rice.
"W-what?!" he stuttered.
Kyuhyun laughed and gave him a slightly hard pound on the back.
"I said do you want to come to my high school?"
"I-I don't know..."
"Come on you have to be good at something."
"N-not really..."
"Don't worry it can be anything! Sports, music, cooking, really good at a subject. The list goes on and on!"
"Well I like playing instruments..."
"Oh really? What can you play?"
Sungmin started counting on his fingers.
"Guitar, piano, clarinet, drums... I also like singing."
Kyuhyun looked at him with a dropped jaw.
"Are you kidding me?!? You'll make it for sure!"
"Do you think so?" Sungmin said brightening up.
"Yeah! I'll hook you up with one of the administrators. You can have an audition tomorrow! I have a copy of the application. I'll help you fill it out," Kyuhyun said excitedly.
"Wow thank you Kyu," Sungmin said.
Kyuhyun beamed at him.
"Let's finish dinner and start on that application!"
