For those who don't know how to respect ppl...
I realized that you think you are all big, bad, and cocky; but you need to learn how to show respect to those people who have earned it. Now I am not talk about or ensinuating me in this entry at all. Now there are people given certain leadership positions for a reason, and most are qualified about that position and won't get big headed about it; even if they did you should still, by certisy, give the person some respect. This paragragh was for the mass majority of the population of the United States of America.
Now as for the freshmen in the band who can't figure out how to give respect to thier leaders either...same applies for you!! Now there is a huge difference between a job and the band, but the concept still remains the same...respect the people placed in higher authority and/or those who have been around longer than you. Even if you don't like the person, such as our lovely director, they should still be given respect any day of the week.
Now for both categories, being given respect is very crutial to a leader, it allows them to be calmer around it's group that they're in charge of, they also will return an equal amount of respect...usually alittle more. So my question to all. that includes you seniors reading this, why is there no respect being given in society?? Why should one person give you respect before you give them respect? Could you not be the bigger person, is that too much to ask for??
