[Loo] TUTORIAL - Jounouchi

I've been wanting to do a tutorial for a while but just hadn't. But earlier I was bored and figured...hey, why not! Just made one from the latest icon I made. It's pretty easy, just need knowledge of Blend Modes. I used Paint Shop Pro 7 and I'm sure it can be done in any other program. :D I'd love to see what you make with it if you try it out~ ♥
