I have announced to the familly that i am going vegan. This should work a treat as i will not want to be seen as a failure in froint of them. Plus i wont have to make excuses about not consuming many calories. Im quite looking forward to it. I REALLY hope that eating only fruit and vegetables will help me loose some weight. Although im not going to stuff my face with too much fruit because i know there is alot of hidden calories. But at least it means i can eat lots of low cal veggies which means i shouldnt get too hungry. Iv never tried this approach to weightloss (avoiding hunger by eating veggies). I normall just go for an all out fast. Im sure as i get further along the week ill want to eat less and less. I can only live in hope.
Im off to London on Tuesday to sort out my passport and maybe get my hair done. Although i think i might wait until iv lost the weight and have the haircut as a treat. Here are a few ground rules:
1) Drink LOTS of water.
2) Take multivitamins.
3) Put £1 in a jar everytime i resist food and exercise when i dont want to.
4) Count to 100 everytime i want to eat.
5) Dont forget about hot water and lemon!
6) Think about how good you will feel when he shows interest in you.
I dont really know why im writing this all down. I guess it just makes it real in my head. I like writing things out...it makes me feel like im actually taking control of my failed life.
