His officially connected attacks? About a week or two. Though I've heard rumors it's only more recently he's been actually noticed.

If I was a little more hotheaded, I'd have taken the Black Parader out by now and went to find him myself.

Actually I think if the attacks keep going, we're going to have to. But he's been evading the police like all hell.

And that's why I'd be taking my personal D-Wheel instead of one of the Police stock D-Wheels. Probably won't recognize me at night if I'm just riding on Black Parader.

Still, some of the accounts said he uses this monster that no one's ever seen before. Little curious here.
