Justice League plot synopsis
Oliver and Chloe Queen have left Metropolis and are making a new life in Star City with the Justice League. Upon arriving they set up the new Watchtower and ISIS foundation so that Chloe will feel a little more at home in the new city. With new meteor infected people flooding through her doors on a daily basis Chloe stumbles upon three who would be perfect additions to the League. Whilst trying to convince Oliver that they are a good fit the new villains in their lives kidnap Oliver and Chloe must use her three new heroes to help rescue her husband. After being freed Oliver realises that they must expand the League further if there is any hope of them taking down the new villains and Lex. Welcoming them with opening arms the League doesn’t realise that one of their new allies isn’t all that he seems, in fact he could be an enemy in disguise. Plaguing attacks, heroes and villains, old and new, the League must learn to function together at last while not having Superman around to save them and three villains to face. In a world of uncertainty and evil can Chloe and Oliver hold onto their love for each other and the love they have for the super hero life?
Jake Smith (Played by Jason Dohring)
Having worked his whole life for everything he had Jake woke up one morning to discover that the meteor shower in Smallville had finally given him a gift. Seeing his telekinesis as something that he had earned he used it to his advantage, so much so that he was caught by the cops for robbery. When he left jail three years later he had developed a vengeance, wanting only to bring down the people who did this to him and those who could possibly do it again. Walking home one night he discovered ISIS in which he thought he could use as a front. When he discovered and joined a team of super heroes he figured it meant that he could use everything they knew to help with his cause. However he didn’t expect to develop feelings for his boss’s wife and now he’s just trying to find a way to get what he wants and Chloe.
Sasha Beddingfleid (Played by Delta Goodrem)
Having spent the first eighteen years of her life in Chicago Sasha always felt like an outsider and she had a good reason too. Gifted with empathy from a young age she left Chicago to seek help from ISIS when her powers began to grow. Scared of what her powers could do she was amazed when Chloe taught her how she could use them to help save the world but before she was able to figure it all out she was asked to help find Oliver before being asked to join the League. She is both scared off and relieved that she can never feel what Jake is feeling.
Natasha Clifton (Played by Tina Majorino)
Natasha, or Tasha to her friends, grew up with the power to mimic other people’s powers but didn’t realise it until she ran into Arthur Curry swimming one day in Star City. Figuring she was just blessed with the ability to breath underwater it wasn’t until she was around both Chloe and Bart at the same time that she realised what was happening. When Chloe asked for help rescuing Oliver she gladly agreed wanting nothing more than to use her powers for good and was overjoyed when Oliver extended her an invitation to join the team wanting nothing more than to help save all of humanity which causes some friction between her and Jake.
Benjamin South (Played by David Tennant)
A self made millionaire Benjamin works hard to get what he wants and doesn’t mind taking a few inhuman options when he wants, unknown to his backers mainly Queen Industries and Luther Corp. When the Green Arrow and the Justice League destroy one too many of his facilities (three to be exact) he makes it his mission to bring them down, one at a time. Things only get worse when Oliver pulls his backing for Benjamin’s company forcing him to combined forces with Brogan Johnston to bring about the ultimate destruction of the Justice League and get back Oliver’s funding.
Brogan Johnston (Played by Amanda Seyfried)
Brogan Johnston was a normal girl until she spent the night with Oliver Queen and he never called again. Not liking being just another notch on his belt she decided to take a stand against him but all slanders she put through the press didn’t last long. Retreating and waiting for the perfect time she saw it when she realised what Oliver was about to do to Benjamin South. Aligning forces with the self made millionaire she helped him plan the destruction of the Green Arrow and his League while utilising his resources to help with her own mission until she learns that taking down Oliver Queen and the Green Arrow may just be the same mission.
