I MADE SNARE!!!
(a lot of it is because there was only one returner, but still, I DID IT!!)
Today was SO much fun. We played the cadence over and over again and the entire snare and quad line have it memorized. We're going to kick ass for having such a young line. Hopefully the bass drum situation will clear up tomorrow, they're kinda sketchy.
Camp is tiring but I'm really enjoying myself. Everyone is drumline is getting along really well already, I just hope it stays that way. I need to start cracking down on the symphonic winds audition... there are two spots open and I'm fairly sure I could beat this one freshman for it. I just hope Bolstad isn't a jerk about it. I really would like to go to Reno next semester. Although I should re-check the dates because my senior recital is in February. If that overlapped, it would royally suck. I'll get something figured out.
