Dream Post #1 - Hasty Filter Away from Max
Warnings: Death, blood, someone getting stabbed
Effects: The person watching will feel anger then shock followed by their body getting cold before they feel nothing at all. All of this is from Jace's POV.
The scene is by a large lake. A girl with red hair is off to the side watching everything. But the main focus is the man with white blond hair. There is a sword pressed to his chest and a small spot of blood has formed where the tip is pressed.
"Do you have any last words?" It's Jace's voice. He sounds very calm.
"Jonathan-"
"Last words," he hisses. "What are they?"
The man raises his head. The dark eyes he has are grave and he simply says, "I'm sorry. I am so sorry." Then he is reaching a hand toward Jace. He doesn't know what is happening but then suddenly he gasps.
Looking down he sees a sword stabbed through his heart. He can only stare in shock at it before it's suddenly jerked out of his chest. Falling to his knees, he drops his sword. He can taste blood in his mouth and watches as it falls onto his shirt. Then strong arms are around him and he's being rocked. He knows those arms.
The last words he hears before it all fades to darkness are, "My son. My boy."
Jace sits up with a gasp. Panting, he looks around the room as he clutches his chest. When he sees the Dreamberry on, he grabs it and throws it against a wall to turn it off.
