The thing about Facebook..
So I was updating my roommates.com profile and to be more informative I wrote...."If you want to know more you can Facebook me. My name is....". So I was thinking about this and the thing is, when a proper noun becomes a verb that means one of two things...
1) The proper noun is now a permanent part of our culture.
2) It is super, super trendy and it will die out, and then when I am 36, I will be sitting at home with my babies folding laundry with the TV tuned in to VH1's "I Love the 00's!" and be like "OHHH! Facebook!!!! I remember when I was hot and little, and checked Facebook everyday!!! OOOOHHH!!"
Do you think I will still think my thoughts in that format when I am 36??? I like, wonder....
