New Layout + Poll

New layout! I know it wasn't that long ago that I changed it last, but I got bored of it quickly and decided to try something new. Layout based of minty_peach and the header is by me featuring the lovely Jeff Beck, and we've also got a new profile banner featuring Mr. Bob Dylan and a new default featuring Marianne Faithfull.

Also, I decided to make a poll out of curiosity as to how all of you found this community. If you would please take a moment to fill it out that would be wonderful.
