[It's the middle of the night, but there's enough light from the moon and stars to see the debris washing up with the high tide. The tangled mass of canvas sprawled on the sand is fading from blue to a natural washed-out color, as are the broken bits of wood coming in with the waves. The next wave deposits an incredibly battered straw hat, and the next, a barely struggling figure.

Dragging himself out of the breaking surf, Bertie attempts to stand up, but only gets as far as his knees. Tottering precariously, he blinks around at the beach and the wreckage of his raft. A weak smile appears on his face.]

Aha. I made it. Jeeves-- I made it back.

[He collapses forward and does not move. Just before the video times out, a faint snore can be heard.]
