Maple Leaf Square

First of all, this condominium isn't built yet if you're wondering. It'll be finished in 2010.
Guess what else...IT'S IN MY NAAAME SUUUCKERS! haha.
It has all the normal stuff; indoor/outdoor roof pool, fitness room, party room, etc.
BUT it also has a 40-seat theatre (which you can reserve for you and friends to watch your favourite movie)
A nice grocery store
5-Star dine in restaurant
20,000 sq. ft. Sports bar and restaurant
Raptors NBA Tv and Leafs high-definition broadcast studio
Leafs, Raptors and Marlies retail store
Priority at a 12-seat suite at the ACC for sports and entertainment events
A bunch of retail stores and convenience stores (basically a small mall in the lower levels)
It's own passage to Union Station and all that zaz (haha)

Awesome location aaand awesome amenities. Let's hope I can afford the payments when I'm a tad bit older, and if not, we're planning to rent it out first haha. (Although getting into law school  +  my own NICE place would = a real blessing) haha

OKAY OKAY. So now you wanna see the place right. If you read properly you would've figured out that it's not built yet so therefore there are no real pictures. These will have to do for now

The big 'block' the two towers are sitting on is where all the commercial stuff is going, like the stores, grocery shop, etc. And yes, that building on the left IS the ACC. (I told you it had good location haha) And what do my parents, the real estate agents, always say the key to property is? LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! haha

I wish there were more pictures and a better description.
Hopefully in the future you won't have to hear it from me but see it for yourself when I move in. Yes, I said WHEN I move in. haha just kidding
Well, a kid can dream right?
