gratitude meme
I don't normally do memes, mostly because I do a lot blogging in my head and never get around to it. But I thought I really needed to sit down and count my blessings. As mentioned before, today has sucked and I needed an uplifting reminder as to why I'm getting up tomorrow morning.
As tagged by chibidrunksanzo (Most of my flist has already been tagged, so I'm not going to retag them). Here they are, in no particular order:
1. Prolific writing. My mind as been splorting the most wonderful ideas lately.
2. Going to L&L BBQ tonight and having rurounigochan give us drinks and fried sugary things on the house.
3. Avatar Fridays--even when they're stressful.
4. AOL Radio. Tonight it had five wonderful songs in a row on the alternative rock station.
5. Walking with phoenix_melody and kabochan
6. Phone calls from my mother asking me what I want for Thanksgiving.
7. Phone calls from my father giving me excellent fatherly advice.
8. Emails from my sister in Iraq. She's saving the world, you know.
9. Emails from my brother in New Jersey. He's out there saving souls.
10. The peace of knowing who I am, what I stand for, and where I want to go.
