KNOW the love you are offered.
"I know you more them I should," is what i think i said. i can't quite remember even minutes after.
A few weeks ago my darling friend's boyfriend set the living room on fire...then left. He was sober, she and her friends were drunk, asleep. The living room was the exit root and it was aflame. Blessedly my lovely one awoke and smothered the flames, got out the still passed out ladies, and within a few days assured her manager that all was well.
all was not well in the eyes of her friends.
but what can one do when the girl loves the man who would be her death.
For me.... This woman held me to her breast as I sobbed as my lover assured me that he behaved as he did with the intention to emotionally injure me; yet i still kicked her to ther curb when he snapped his fingers becuase he claimed personal emotional injury. This says much of carl's ability to inlfuence (and sometimes to lie)... but it also says much of love and I did not feel betrayed when my Hannah said she would leave us all for this man: i already knew it.
Oh you Men. If a woman loves you. KNOW she loves you. Just sit with it. KNOW it. If you never do anything that shows how you value it...just KNOW it.
just KNOW it.
