Oktoberfest Madness

It's Oktoberfest, or Wiesn as we locals use to call it.

Ever since my ex drank 6 Maß (1 Liter each) of beer in 2 1/2 hours there, I had been "healed". Didn't like it anymore, especially being one of the very few people, who don't drink alcohol and are that fore sober.

But I had promised Nic to come with her on Tuesday, because her co-workers had a table and it seemed like there was one place left. On Friday she called to tell me, that she was the only one from her office going and if I was still willing to come. Hell yes. I asked if she wanted me to invite more people, which she agreed to.
So I called through the room: "David, do you wanna go to the Oktoberfest on Tuesday?"
"Maybe. I'm going with a friend."
"I have seats at a table."
"We're coming!"

I also invited Gitti and Flo, some more of my co-workers and also asked Thilo. The later had already plans and from the other co-workers only Karin said she might come.

Well, Tuesday came and work was okay. Left at 4 pm to be in the tent on time, otherwise we'd loose the table. So I was the only one there and the table was filled with drunk people. I told them, they could stay until the others arrived, so I had many new best friends. The waitress kicked then off some of the people, who had sat there for hours.
One guy was especially interested in me and hot on me constantly.

Then David and his Australian friend Vanessa showed up. Thank god! Both of them wearing traditional clothing. David had on his Lederhosen, while Vanessa had been shopping in the afternoon and bought herself a Dirndl. Peau au Peau the rest of the guys showed up and we had a really great time.

I had to stop that weird Gerard guy from trying to kiss me by poking him in the eyes, but other then that, no problems. We sang, we drank, we had chicken and danced on the benches. David is now determined to buy a CD with all the "hits" the band played. He promised me to go shopping with him.
Then the straps of his Lederhosen broke and now it seems like I have to go to the shop with him, to get help him complain.

After the tent closed at 11 pm, Nic, Gitti & Flo went home, while Vanessa, David and I wanted to have some more party. We went to Schwabing and ended up at Dave's place, trying to order Pizza, which was impossible at midnight. Munich is a village.
David managed to get some pizza from the restaurant next door and I finally went home around 2 am or something.

I spent this day in a kind of delirium, not really being awake. Will go to bed soon. Need more sleep.
