Been busy with work retardly. I barely even have time to cook and clean the past month. But as of yesterday i now have my TV mounted on the wall. so it now gives me the luxury of putting the TV flat on the wall or pulling it out for room to play the wii. hehe All this equates to me need to do a very very good job at cable management.

I was surprised on how the beef turned out.
I marinated it in Soy Sauce, sugar, cracked black pepper, garlic, celantro, Whole black peppercorn and a dash of chinese cooking wine for 4 days. I then put it in the oven at 400 for liek 20 to 30 minutes.
It turned out really good that i wished i made more than the 2 pieces. It tasted a little like pastrami but more sweeter, juicier and tangier.
