car stuff

This is mostly just a note to myself. I'm currently in the middle of a decision. Keep my truck and drop a new engine in...or...the alternative...sell it and tune the Mustang for the track and then in a couple years buy a pure thoroughbred for the track (IE non-street legal ride). See now I'm torn. Right now all I have going for the Mustang are the plans for a new intake system, brakes, cobra front end, a GT exhaust system, and altezza tail lights. It'll set it aside from the rest of the pack enough to where it'll be unique to my area but be close enough to stock to keep it's resale value.

I want new headers, injectors, reprogrammed ECU, and supercharger eventually, but that's all a long way off. I'm getting static for have "just a 3.8 liter." JUST?! omg a 3.8 is a decent sized engine and it can take alot of punishment! It can generate more torque and produce the same high-end power that all these import tuner junkies have, so I don't see why they'll give me crap about it. pffft just because I don't wanna pay the insurance on a 4.6...

And Will (new guy with the 71 Corvette) mentioned it and I simply said, "It'll beat you in the quartermile and it'll generate a higher top speed to boot.)

We're gonna find out soon anyway :P

But that's all, going back to work now omg bye.
