new tat and getting wallet stolen

I got my wallet stolen right out of my car today while I was at work. If I find out who did it I'm going to slit there throught and watch them bleed to death while I'm useing a potato peeler to take the skin off there chest.....................I got a new tattoo..............it hurt......................the part that was red turned pink......................he said it would do that...........................then it will turn red again..................................
