was thoroughly & pleasantly surprised when Lifa emailed me and asked me to join her in the USEA Biz Consulting project.
she's someone whom i really respect as a teamplayer and as a leader... i worked with her twice and i'm always impressed by the quality of her work and leadership.
thats why... i was really surprised that she'd considered me. haha.
no, its not my inferiority kicking in.
it's just... well, to be considered 'worthy' by someone you respect so much, that's quite something, no?
anw! there's still a shortlisting round so i shall pray that if it's God's will, we'll clinch the project.
but actually whether i get the project or not is not the main thing....
you see, i've been praying the past few weeks that i'll be able to make my last Summer hols meaningful...
i wanna be able to work in smth marketing-related + play + do mission work, if possible.
been asking around the past few weeks but all the doors seem to have shut on me.
then again, i havent been actively searching for a job. hmmmm.
in any case, this project seems to be a 'sign' from God that He hears my prayers and remembers me!
so i'm thankful. (:
