no, i havent been cheating on the BF or anyone.
i just feel guilty cause of my diet recently....
this is what i ate today:
- 6 fried carrot cake sticks (that taste extremely yummy! i havent eaten these since primary school i think!)
- about 7 Royce chocolate-coated potato chips!
- 2 packets of taro wafers
- an apple
- a handful of Cheezles sour cream & onion biscuits
- 2 slices of pandan bread + peanut butter
- a bowl of extremely spicy and oily wanton mee!
among the 7 items, only the apple is approved!!!!
argh.
feeling very bad and guilty!
need to exercise on Sunday!!
