[So this is Saya, peering down at her Dreamberry while somewhere outside in what seems to be Espoir, completely under-dressed for the cold weather. Obviously, she either doesn't mind the cold, or hasn't been informed of the fact that you can wear clothes to make yourself warm

Mm~ I guess it would be, but how are you supposed to spend it?

I don't really know~ I'm never usually awake when it's the winter holidays.

Oh. [Hums, somewhat disappointed.] Really? Do chiropterans hibernate during this time?

[namelessqueen]

Not really. We hibernate for thirty years. It's just that I usually never wake up during this time~

[ thoughtful look. ] I did spend one of my waking hours in a place where there's usually snow. So you could say that's spending a winter holiday.

But doesn't it get boring, sleeping for so long? It doesn't sound very nice if you miss out on something entertaining.

Hm~? What kind of things did you?

It does, it does. And I always, always miss out on things. But my chevaliers always make sure that I have fun when I'm awake~

I ate their little princess and disguised myself as her. [ giggles. ] Then I turn their Crown Prince into one of my chevaliers~

Eh~? Did the princess have a pretty face? It sounds like you had a lot of fun, Diva!

[And then she's head tilting.] Mm, what's a "chevalier", though?

I suppose she looks okay. But her mother was horrid. She kept hitting me when I took her place.

Oh, I never explained it to you? [ smiles. ] A chevalier is one of my knights. I create them using my blood.

That doesn't sound very nice. Did you teach her not to hit little girls, Diva?

Ah! So they protect you from anything?

Of course it was! Mean people like her should always be taught to behave.

[Smiiiles.] I see, I see! And can you make chevaliers here too?

Mm, and she was just horrid both to me and Alexei.

I can! [ pauses then pouts. ] I just can't find a suitable candidate though.

Was Alexei the name of the prince?

Mm, that's too bad. A chevalier sounds like it would come in handy in a place like this.

[ thoughtful look now. ] Should I make one here then?

You should! I think it would be a lot more easier to have fun around here if there's someone around like that.
