living in a girl's paradaise
I have happy news. My favorite cousin, Alice, is coming to stay with me for a week at the end of the month. I'm SO excited. They boy, who still has his own place, will be sent there while she's here so we can properly bond. She arrives Feb 25th and I'm already making preparations.
I have a stack of movies/novelas we need to watch, I have set up some make-up crafts. Since she's my same shoe-size we'll be sharing those. Girl bonding time is the BEST. I cant wait for her to get here <3 I think we might even make a weekend to New Smyrna Beach to check out the military guys surfing =D
I'll have her for 6 days and then goodbye Alice =(
I'll try to take loads of pictures but I swear if she drags me to Disney I'm disowning her.
I had fully intended on watching 'Sherlock Holmes' this week but I got entertained by other things. I did manage to enjoy Emma, it was fantastic. LOVE Romola! She's quickly joining my top 20 fave actresses. I think I have to do a picspam on that, I've been meaning to, that girl can act!
It's strange, I go through these 'periods' where I get all into TV Shows and Movies and then I loose interest in them for a while and want to do anything that is not related to it... it's quite strange, this little phenomenon. Like last night I could've watched Sherlock Holmes but opted instead to open a bottle of wine and make some necklaces while listening to my old Sarah McLachlan CD. The boy arrived smelling of beer and asked if I was depressed. ;)
On work news, I'm pretty sure the Senior VP of my Area hates me. That's OK. Someone's got to.
