car update
Just talked to my mom
I think we're just going to use the mutual fund money to pay for my car repair and then when the house sells, Mom's gonna put a lot of that into my college fund. Selling the house is pretty exciting. It's gonna be a lot of money for my parents. Once it sells, my mom is going to pay off her credit card debt and then she and Dad are gonna split the money I guess. Since Mom and Jason don't have to pay rent or anything and I think the mill is completely paid off (as is both of their cards) it's going to be a lot of cash on hand for them. I'm pretty happy for them. Also, I'm pretty happy that she's offering to help me out- at least until I get another job.
My plan for the summer is to work like crazy, spend $0 and have enough money to buy a nice car when mine eventually dies for good. In the mean time I want to try and take really good care of my car to make it last as long as possible.
It's mine and Jason's 4 year anniversary. It's been an awesome four years. I'm a little sad that we're not together... we'll be okay though
I'm excited. When I come home for my birthday, we decided to go back to school on Monday morning instead of Sunday night. w00t
going to go do homework. Check out how studious I am!!!
