Sat 141.5 coffee, small Cornish game hen, broccoli, very little penne pasta.
Sun 139 zucchini, very little penne pasta, broccoli, pepperoni & cheese, apple.
Mon 140 coffee, turkey and cheese on whole wheat toast, coffee, broccoli, zucchini and carrots.
Tue 140 tea, chicken breast, asparagus, string beans, chicken breast with mushrooms.
Wed 140 tea, Salad w/ turkey and balsamic vinegar, Zone Bar, grilled chicken.
Thur 140 tea, Strawberry Yogurt Zone Bar, turkey and cheese on whole wheat bread.
