Today - my new beginning....
Today - my ALL time high - 141.5
4 cups Green Tea 0 cals
1 stick sugarfree gum 5 cals
Lunch- 1 cup tuna
6 baby carrots
1 diet coke
Snack- 6 baby carrots
Dinner- 1 cup tuna
1 cup green beans
Exercise- 2 hours Eliptical
weights
500 crunches
Drink- 4 glasses champagne
Smoke- 6 cigarettes
Hopefully tomorrow I will be 139 ar less
Christmas: 138 or less
Monday: 137
Wednesday: 135
Friday(New Years Eve): 134.5
Saturday: 134
Sunday: 133.5
Monday:January 3(The day everyone in the world USUALLY starts their restricting, but lucky me will be ahead of the game!!!....) : 133 or less!!!!!
can I really do this, ... with heavy restricting and 2 hours of exercise a day... can it work?? what do u guys think??
What is the most any of you have lost in a short period of time??
how many cals do I need to limit meself to???
I am so excited... I hope I gain back the control I once had, why do I keep losing it!!!
I need this to work..... for my soul.....
