Total waste...
That's what the day feels like, when I basically finished packing and went out and got a few more things. Anyway... Like I said, I'm pretty much packed. Minus a few things I have to wash and shoes and the like. But... My suitcase is pretty much half empty. Plus I realize the benefit of a small rolling luggage vs a big one. So... I attempted to cram everything into my smaller max sized carry on and just check that in cause... I don't really like cramming it into the over head and not truly having access to it. Anyway, it worked, but... Like I said I had more stuff and shoes, etc. So... Lol. At this point I have a bag in a bag. Yes, my smaller rolling luggage, which I will use when we island hop is in a bigger rolling luggage and I'll just use my "Jack Bauer" bag as my carry on. It's got my toiletries and a spare set of clothes in the event I don't have my luggage the 1st day...
I asked Mom the itinerary... If I remember correctly... We leave the 28th. On the 2nd or 3rd Mom is meeting with a classmate and is not sure if it's a family thing. Uh... Then from the 4th to 6th is Cebu. Then from the 7th to 13th Davao and Bislig? Then Mom has to be back in Manila for a HS reunion and then the rest of the time in Manaoag? About the only thing I want to do is buy undershirts and undies... Like good ones. None of this full sized crap!
Oh, had family shopping day. Headed out to Tar-jay and bought crap. Dad bought clothes. Mom and I toiletries and the like. I almost bought the 3 DVD set of the 4 Karate Kid movies... I wanted it in the past but they didn't have it in Best Buy anymore.
Looked up the DVDs coming out when I'm gone. Of note... Wanted, Prince Caspian, The Dark Knight and Mamma Mia. I guess I could get them when I come back... But it wouldn't be discounted... Plus I'd miss out on in store promotions. :(
TV... I actually watched an ep of Gossip Girl. I was away from the comp, but was packing so I actually caught a lot of it. LOL!!! Doe-min-knee-ka having weather that is always perfect! What Dominica were you in!?! By perfect you mean rain every day? Seriously... Either a sprinkle or torrential downpour it rained... A lot... Did I ever mention that island got hit with an ugly stick? Oh and I wouldn't rely on the Vanderbilts for money... The county leg just bailed out the Museum / estate with 800K...

Pushing Daisies and Eli Stone were canceled. By cancelled I mean, it wasn't picked up for more eps. So... Are they showing the remaining eps? Kinda makes me not want to watch any new shows or just DL them after the fact cause... I don't want to get into a show to have it cancelled. But then again, what shows am I really into?
