Feeling ugh...
It's gloomy outside. I've been relatively productive, yet feel lazy.
Balanced my checkbook, AKA played with my money and did a little online shopping. Tita Evelyn returned my VW bag, but a Piggly Wiggly bag is still "missing". I thought of rebuying it... Before she returned it, I basically complained to Mom, b/c I intended to buy them again, it would basically cost me $23 for 5 dollar bags b/c of shipping. So if I were to buy another PW bag, it's $10 bucks. The OCD in my is annoyed I now have 3 bags instead of 4. I may just end up "giving" the other bag to Mom AKA leave it in the kitchen with the other reusable bags. I tried looking for other bags of brands I like, but Yamaha nor the Mets have any. :( Can't think of any other brands. I did pull out some canvas bags I had that could double as grocery bags... Les Mis and Keane.
Anyway... I bought earrings from Claires and a wire loop keychain for my membership cards. I used to have them on my car keys, but now it just seems bulky. I'll hook them onto my coin purse now.
Funny... How I was so nostalgic over my car / things from it. Now... What am I gonna do with all this crap!?! I do want to hang my hubcap on the garage wall. I also have my original plates which I was supposed to pop in a recycling bin. My keys. My antenna topper. About the only thing that irks me about my car is I no longer have an antenna. How the frak am I supposed to spot my car from a distance!?! It's not even a cool silver, like Blue silver!
I don't think Dr. L as noticed my new car... Color too close for him to notice, perhaps?
Anyway... I've been spending the week setting up the music in my car. Initially I was just gonna blue tooth it from my tablet, like I do in Mom's car. But then I "discovered" I could use an SD card. I initially used WMP to sync it, and manually transfered the playlists over... It transfered, but the songs wouldn't play. After research on the interwebs, I learned I had to basically manually make the playlists with the correct file paths. So I've been doing that. Right now I'm just verifying everything works, but manually playing through all of them... Well skipping to the next track after I hear a snippet. In addition, I had to buy an external SD card reader b/c my computer is being stupid and keeps unmounting / mounting my cards. In the process I re-synced (resunked?) my other players / tablet while I got the thing to work properly. I think my Galaxy Player is d-e-d dead. It doesn't hold the charge for the day and at times after I do charge it, it takes a while to boot up. I need another music player / alarm clock. B/c that's basically all I use it for these days. Haven't been listening to FM radio in work and when I do I usually slingbox the TV broadcast of it.

Looking at the new Sony Walkman... But it doesn't have an external speaker, nor access to the interwebs. I'm also guessing it doesn't have an alarm. Or I could get a old phone and use it as a music player. It would have all those features... But then what is the point in my tablet? Haha... I need to get with the times and compile all my tech into fewer things. The tablet would do that, but like I said... There is no FM tuner.
Hahah... So when I picked up my car and he was running through the features he set up my radio. I'm like 101.9. "Oh... Sports." Anything else? No. Lol. Same with my phone. What contacts do I want? Uh... Mom? Anyone else? No. I put 7500centfish there later. But lol.
Oh yeah... I've also been comparing cars. As I said (?), Mom is jelly my car came standard with floor mats. What car doesn't come with floor mats!?! And not even standard mats, but upgraded. But not even that like in price... Mom's car is financed through TD. Mine, like my previous car is through VW. Like I said, I have crap credit, Mom has good, but they gave me a loan with 2.9 interest when Mom... Via my calculations has like 6 something. I'm paying more overall, but I'm paying less over the cost of my car than she is. And like I said I have "extras" thrown in. Like she could have gotten a better car for that money, with floor mats / safety features, etc. Plus customer service goes a long way.
Mike emailed me to expect a survey from VW. I have yet to receive it. But... I did reply with, the other guy, Sam said he'd try to get me more money for my car. I haven't received a response from that. But I was googling what dealerships do with old cars... It might just go to auction as is.
Mall yesterday. Flashback to last week. I randomly saw a SNES classic in Best Buy and it was in a plastic box marked used. So... I wondered if it was discounted any. So I brought it up to the counter. Nope full price. They also said it was new. Eitherway, I snatched it up! I then instagramed it and Aures texts me about it. I searched Twatter and I guess a few dropped the day before. Anyway, cut to this week. They had another one! I go to the mall, sit, shop. While waiting I text Aures if she was able to find one in NJ. No. Long story short after going back and forth I bought it for her and she'll pay me back when we next meet. I'm guessing it's a Valentine's Day gift for Paul. Anyway... Like I said, this was while we were waiting for everything to come. And she didn't get back to me on what she wanted to do till we were eating. At first she tried to call them / buy it and I pick it up. But I guess they wouldn't let her, b/c via the online stock they had none. But then when I was asking to go... "Not today." "Afterward, when they drop us home." But Aures needs it now! I don't get when someone ask to be driven somewhere it's an immediate yes. But with me... So I was kinda getting annoyed. Eitherway, Tito Abe drove me and I was able to get it for her. Gave it to Tita Neng who will give it to Tita Jhulia who will hopefully get it to Aures before VD.

Oh so... I wanted to have a "Car Warming" and buy things for my car. Haha... There is this life preserver pillow I want. But it says "Coast Guard" on it which is kinda a turn off. But... Still cute. And for some reason I feel it necessary to have a ash tray / cigarette lighter. I mean... What if I'm camping in the woods and our matches get wet? Anyway, I stole mine from my old car, but... I don't think you're supposed to use it in a new 12V socket. Could burn it out?
That reminds me... I also wanted to go to Costco for 1 thing. But if I tell Mom / go with her she'll buy a cart load and... I'm trying to save money. I literally only have $100 to spend. I asked 7500centfish for advice. She just said to walk out of the house. I'll probably just go after work. I've been having diarrhea, among other things and stool bulkers aren't doing anything.
Marna randomly searched Dr. L on the web and saw there is a 45 min wait in the office. Dr. L now thinks someone in the office said something. Maybe it was a patient! There are reviews on the website. I swear... He'll believe patients before employees. That being said, they're all positive reviews. Maybe there is a long wait, but over all his patients love him.
