The rains are gone and they've finally lifted the last of our advisories now that the winds are down below 20mph so I'm calling it quits and staggering off to bed.
I put the bird feeder and squirrel feeder back outside and filled them both and I heard the lid banging before I even shut the door so I'm sure our local critters are hungry after their ordeal. It was a wild ride at points, not nearly as bad as Isobel, but interesting at times. Lost power three times, but it came back on so it's all good.
Just wanted to pop on long enough to give the all clear, thank you guys for your well wishes and wish best of luck to those of you up north who are still weathering the storm.
Now I'm off to sleep for what feels like a week.
