Have not seen last night's ep.
Have, however, ordered season-to-date via iTunes (yes, this is a show that I am willing to *buy*), and thereby discovered that the pilot is, at the moment, free. (At least for US iTunes users.) So if you are at all interested -- it's basically West Wing meets Bible "fanfic" -- I encourage you to download it and see if you like it.
(I won't guarantee that all of you will like it, because, well, that's unlikely, but I personally think the show is made of awesome. and if you've just seen the tv promos and been unimpressed, watch it anyway! it is so much awesomer and more intricate than the ads let on.)

(And because they offer it for free, I am thinking of donating. ...which makes very little sense except in my head, but it relates to the whole thing where I refuse to be nagged or annoyed or over-ad-ed into paying for something, and am more likely to pay for Non-Annoying Awesome)
Also, I really want to (re-)learn Hebrew. I just don't know where/how...
