(no subject)
Evenin'
Just woken up, stupidly fell asleep but perhaps it can be excused, I first attempted sleep at 10 this morning. Last night was the shindig which seemed to run "fairly" smoothly. Nothing was broken save for one of my mums treasured garden lamps but I'll buy a new pack if I have the money before they come back. And one of the little wooden wheelbarrows at the back door which held flowers has vanished. Anyone knows where it is, let me know. The garden is my mums baby. Hope everyone had fun, there was a few super-drunk moments from certain folk and people who just didnt want to sleep at 5am, or let anyone else for that matter. Was glad that Gillian stayed, we did some tidying in the morning and got loads of it tidied, couldnt have done it without her. Im a bit shattered now, still need to do some work but i cant be arsed. Do it tomorrow.
In other news tomorrow I have very little to do. I hope someone will provide something or at least raise and idea.
Made mum cry in Lanzarote telling her my exam results. She gave it alot of "so proud *plehgm* "university, so great aileen" *sob*
I was quite touched, I keep looking at the certificate every so often as if the A's ill have vanished or something. I guess I cant believe Im actually going to Strathclyde University, I feel really proud of myself. Cheesy i know, but I wanted it so bad, and hacing it its amazing. Not for another month or so though, but me, Shine, Pauline, Karen and Michael are gonna become Union regulars. I hope. And Freshers week, theres just so much to look forward to!
My mum and dad come home next Thursday, half looking forward to it because they can cook for me, half dreading Jamie returning. Grrrrrrrrrr.
Ok not much else to say. Apart from I feel we should go and see the Foo Fighters in December. Tickets go on sale on Friday, and although they might be on the tad expensive side, I think they'd be great live and a big group of us going to see The Grohl would be much fun, I think. Puuurleeease!! *begs*
