Arggggghhhh, my computer's cd-rom drive has suddenly stopped working. FOR NO APPARENT REASON. It keeps telling me that the driver is either corrupt or has an error. So I figure that it's a virus, so I virus scan. It doesn't help. So I try to re-download it from a) the reboot cd or b) the toshiba website. None of which helps because a) it can't read the cd and b) Toshiba technical support is about as helpful as a bowl of cold noodles except they charge you for it. I am so frustrated and am about two seconds away from chucking the damn thing out the window and getting a new one.
