school stereotypes
this was bothering me so i had to write it down...
so we went to eastwood yesterday and i got myself a nikon lens cup mentioned here...
while we were buying the cup, the seller was telling us it was already cheap to get it there.. they sell it for more at rockwell.. she also mentioned that they also had a stall at my university a few months ago and sold it for even more adding "kasi alam mo naman sa ateneo, mayayaman tao doon".. (because you know, the people there are rich) i kinda felt a punch in the face after she said that... not everyone in ateneo is rich... there are scholars too.. and rockwell should be more expensive (and not to mention, eastwood is kinda high class too if she didn't notice)
when we got home, my brother repeated to me what the seller said... and he said "buti na lang di nya nakita ung jacket mo baka binentahan ka ng mas mahal" (good thing she didn't see your jacket or she would have sold it at a higher price)
thank goodness i was wearing my ateneo jacket tied to my waist with the ateneo text at the back nicely hidden by folding it..
