i'm watching down with love... LOVE IT!!!
i'm still at episode 4 and the subbers only released 10 out of 16 episodes.. *sigh*

i've been bothered with work lately...
no i actually love what i'm doing right now...
this is what i've been asking for for the last 3 years i've been with the company...
it's programming... just VB.net though, not my trained/certified C# but at least i got off SQL as my main programming language
i just realized this because we had our personal engagement list last week and i had my #1 as work, the type of work, etc. so far i put it up as 9 pts out of 10
#2 would be compensation and benefits.. i gave that a measly 3(?)
yes im very not satisfied with the pay... the benefits should be ok... recognition is ok too.. that's what made up the 3-5 points i put in there
what made it worse was the realization that
1. it's been more than a year that we've had 1 hr overtime per day (our 45hr workweek)
2. OT last week.... apparently we're only getting 150 food allowance for the additional 3hrs (2 hrs from our 9hr base)
3. very low increase last sept.. i didn't even feel it... where did it go? probably half of it went to tax...
so there... the only thing that's keeping me here is the work i'm doing... hopefully it will be ok until the end of the fiscal year (aug 2011)
and nope i have no more plans of resigning in december because i like this new project... ^^
ok... it feels good to get that out of my chest... whew
