sorry, still no fti post since im still not feeling well and i'm not even sure if i'm close to getting dizzy or if this is a headache...
quick rant..
my web hosting for the past years (well ever since i started in 2002) is starting to suck... as in their support doesn't reply anymore... before they would reply within 24 hrs.
anyway the rant is about canceling the account...
i emailed them a month ago telling them that i wanted to cancel my account since i was already planning on moving to another host. and i knew that my dad's card was going to be expired end of feb...
well apparently, my dad's card never expires O_o geez...
then they havent really replied yet
as in... i think they only replied twice to my request of changing the email associated with the billing... and i doubt they changed it already since we didn't get any email that the card was already charged for this year's renewal...
and my dad's card company wouldn't let us just cancel the payment that the hosting charged.
so now i have to contact them to let them know that we want to cancel... which goes back to the first thing i said... they don't reply like they used too...
i'm going to try email (and maybe aim tomorrow) so i can ask them... otherwise if they still don't answer... i have nothing else to do but to call them on the phone.. yep... international call...
ok end post... i have to head to bed...
i hope i sleep well tonight... i don't want this feeling to last for the whole week... i hate dizzyness and headaches TT_______TT
