My first poker tournament.......
yesterday drew worked most of the day and i hung out at his parents. later that night we began to get ready for johns poker game and went over there early to set up. It was pretty cool, the bad part was it was in his garage and it had to have been below 0 in there, we began the game at 9 and about a half hour later guess who shows up? Shawn, i do have to say it was so weird and plus the fact that he almost his me in my face. there was someone sitting next to me and he went to go shake is hand and instead of going behind me he decided to shove his arm in my face. no biggy. he was cival and luckily got out within an hour. lets say 6 hours later and at 4:15 in the morning drew and i got first and second place and split $250.00. lets say i was so excited, there were a few pissed because we were together but i bought my own way in, etc. i only wish shawn and kristy stayed long enough to see it :-) so we ended up going to dennys and got home at 5. lets just say i feel like i have a mad hangover hahaha. it was a good night. the stress is over :-)
