my day
You know you are tired when:
You are on the bus on the way home from work and you see a man walking a dog and it takes you like a fun 5 seconds to realize "no wait that dog doesn't have two tails, there is two dogs there, one is just behind the other."
So I went into campus and met my friend Kelly at Talbot College (she is trying to get into my 19th Century Lit. class so she thought she would show up and ask the prof. -- not sure yet if she got in)... anyways I so hope she got it... I have a blast with her... and its the same prof from the class we had together last year... and he is HILARIOUS. Another great thing about that class is we are starting with Jane Eyre, which I have never read but always wanted to.
After that class I had to dart upstairs for my next class, which was supposed to be 2 hours but was 5 minutes -- I love first week... I am not sure how much I will like this class... Medieval Lit. -- it is required though... we are starting with Chaucer -- scary.
Then since class let out so early I though... ok.. I'll go but some books... then still be at work an hour early... saw the bookstore line and said "no thanks" (it was LONG... LONG... LONG) ... so I went to work 2 hours early, which was good cause the other chick hadn't shown up (her mom was sick) so they were SOOO happy to see me and I got 5 hours of work in today instead of my scheduled 3... so more $$$... I think I will buy my a jean skirt this weekend.... I have been waiting forever to have the $$ and with todays hours now I do.
PLUS on the way out from work at 7 the bookstore was empty and open for like 5 more minutes... zipped in and bought the couple books I need to read this weekend... $169.00 was never spent so fast :P
Meeting Dan in like 2 mins... for a pseudo dinner... as friends, but oh well at least I get to see him, I miss him :(
